• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor in Computer Application. Experience, Training, Knowledge and Skills
• 10 years of experience in the IT discipline including five years in similar role.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)/ Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) certification.
• Desktop and Server remote management solutions, MS SharePoint, Relational or DB knowledge.
• Project Management.
• Responsible for the organization IT Security. Disaster Recovery (DR) & Backup experience.
• Commercial Awareness and negotiate with vendors.
• Leadership, action orientation, Quality Orientation, Teamwork, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
• Excellent Command in English communication skills.

IT Desktop Support

Job Description
Job summary:

We are looking to hire a contract IT/desktop support professional. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer and technical support to staff including responding to tickets and resetting passwords in Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT and desktop support experience, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft OS and Active Directory. This role requires 5 days onsite/week.

-To Maintain the highest level of customer support
-To Respond to IT ticket requests
-Assist with desktop imaging, system unlocks
-Reset passwords, create users in Active Directory
-Knows to manage incident, request, change and problem tickets and reporting
-User account management
